03/12/2008: "Rain, rain, go away, come back some other day!"

Yes, it was a rainy Friday off from work. Somehow Andy and I mustered up the will to get out of the warm bed and go out into that cold rain. We headed to Carmel Mall, which is roughly 45 minutes away... when it's not storming. I really didn't want to go..because I didn't want to spend lots of money and get my feet all wet 
So of course I spent my precious money on useless, but cute items. I need to manage my money better...and stop shopping online and in malls..
The first things I saw that I wanted, Andy told me to wait and shop more first.
So when we walked into Wootini I knew I wouldn't be going back to get those amazing stuffed animals.. For myself I purchased
Tokidoki items, a zipit, adoorable magnets and an interesting shirt. I have such a hard time constraining myself from making ridiculous/unnecessary purchases.
Proceeding the mall adventure I spent more money on kahlua and baileys to make mudslides at a friends party in which we played Rockband all night. I wish you could put your favorite songs on Rockband!
The following day our friend calls us up and tells us to go to the midnight opening for Smash Bros Brawl because he is working that shift and there will be a tournament. Man, I can't play Super Smash Bros! I wouldn't dare enter their tournament 
So we went anyways! We arrived and kids were swarming the outside of the store, yelling/screaming/flailing/ at the people inside playing in the tournament. I didn't know people love Smash Bros THAT much..... I am such a boring storyteller! I apologize for not having any explosions, car races, rockets, or kangaroos...
We don't have Smash Bros here so I've no idea who they are. Haha. BTW if you need my button image/code, shoot me a email.
