08/26/2008: "back in north carolina"

My visit home was awesome, I had a great time. I got to see a lot of old friends and make some new friends! I went kayaking and hiking with my mom, and stargazed many nights on the rooftop sad Pennsylvania is beautiful and I'm happy to have grown up there in those mountains and rivers. Speaking of the river.... I dropped my CAMERA in the river! But it's okay! It dried out all fine, and it's working properly again - it just drained the battery so I only got to use it for a few days, haha. I believe I'll have a big picture post later, since I haven't been able to upload everything yet. I don't feel like I got to spend enough time in PA though! Only a week, baah.

So when I arrived at the airport back in NC Andrew came and picked me up! I think we stood there and hugged for five minutes and then kissed for another five minutes. Aaaahhh, two months is far too long to be without him - and next summer I refuse to sit around all alone. I've always wanted nothing more than to travel, but the flights are so expensive and getting more expensive. I've only been to Honduras and the Bahamas crying but I want to go everywhere! Anyhow, he did get me a few little goodies; trapper keeper type notepads, cute notepad, figurines, ragnarok art book, a movie soundtrack?, a Korean band(?) cd, and Rip Slymes Fun Fair CD, yee!

Aww, glad you had fun in PA! Swing by the east side next time WOOT! He's back! And with goodies!! Great selection of swag Flights are getting ridiculous INDEED. I too want to traverse the world...but alas, MONIES!! Hopefully you'll get to go somewhere funfunfun soon! And thank goodness your camera still works...I'd have been devastated...o_o!!!!
